Ideas for Use
When trying to do quiet math drills, while waiting in line, for example, it is very helpful if everyone in the class knows the numbers in sign language. Playing with this die will help them learn and have fun at the same time.
Begin by replacing the regular dice in a board game with sign language dice. Play the game by the normal rules. The players can look at the label to see what numbers are on the different sides if they need to do so. Soon most children will have all the numbers memorized.
You can also have the first child roll the die and make the number on his own fingers. Another child must tell him what that number is.
